Az apartman egy strand közeli, igényes nyaralóház Csopakon, ami az északi Balaton part egyik legszebb települése, gyönyörű faluképével, szőlőhegyeivel, savanyúvíz forrásával, nagyon kedvelt virágos strandjával, ami Családbarát és Intelligens strand!  A Balaton egyik legszebb és legkedveltebb strandja. A csopaki strandon 530 m-es hosszúságban homokos, biztonságos, fürdésre kijelölt vízfelület fogadja a strandolni vágyókat. A parton 15 000 m2 zöldterület, gyermekek részére jól felszerelt játszóterek, valamint a sportolni vágyók részére strandröplabda pálya és egyéb sportolási lehetőségek állnak rendelkezésére.

Mindez a nyaralóból néhány perc kényelmes sétával elérhető, hiszen a Balaton part közelében,  pár méterre a strandi bejárathoz helyezkedik el.

A nyaraló Csopak településre jellemző növény nevét viseli. Igényesen berendezett és gépesített, hogy semmi ne hiányozzon az otthon megszokottól és ne is kelljen mindent elcsomagolni. Igyekeztünk minden ideérkező vendég kényelmét biztosítani. Légkondicionált és fűthető nyaraló, ezért egész évben várjuk megkeresésüket, hiszen a téli Balaton is csodás és pihentető. Tavasszal és ősszel lehet kirándulni, biciklizni, túrázni, horgászni. Mivel Balatonfüred és Veszprém nagyon közel van, ezért Csopakról autóval percek alatt elérhető. Így az ottani programokról sem kell lemaradnia.

A nyaralóban két hálószoba, nappali, konyha, étkező, két fürdőszoba van, ami maximum 6  személy elhelyezésére alkalmas és kényelmes. 

Terasz, kerti bútorokkal, konyha felszerelve főzéshez, étkezéshez, indukciós főzőlappal, elektromos sütővel, mosogatógéppel, kávéfőzővel, mikro sütővel, kenyérpirítóval, vízforralóval, hűtő és mélyhűtővel. Mosógép és szárítógép, vasaló és hajszárító. Smart led TV,  és WIFI. A ház riasztóval és automata kapuval felszerelt.

Minimum foglalási éjszaka: 3 éj elő- és utószezonban. Ezért hosszú hétvégeken is szívesen látjuk önöket.

Főszezonban (Július, Augusztus) 7 éjszaka foglalható, vagy a még elérhető és foglalható éjszakák a foglalások előjegyzésének függvényében.

A nyaraló bérlése alatt biztosítjuk még az ágyneműt, konyharuhát, törölközőket, wc papírt.  A  teljes bérleti díj még magába foglalja a víz, villany és a végtakarítási költséget is. 

Ezért ajánljuk családoknak, baráti pároknak, akik nem akarnak idegenekkel közösködni, csak maguk szeretnék használni a nyaralót, mindentől és mindenkitől függetlenül. A házat a vendégek önállóan használhatják. önellátással. Parkolás a ház előtt és egy kisebb kocsi beálló az udvarban ingyenes.

A házban a dohányzás TILOS, dohányozni csak a házon kívül és a teraszon lehet. Köszönjük a megértést és az együttműködést!

Háziállatot nem tudunk fogadni. 

Bulik, rendezvények lebonyolítására nem tudunk foglalást biztosítani. Bulizó és hangoskodó családokat, csoportokat nem tudunk fogadni. Foglalási szándékukat ennek figyelembe vételével tegyék meg, ugyanis a szálláshely üdülő és lakóövezetben van.

Bérleti díj, 1 személytől a maximális kihasználtságig 6 fő, tehát a teljes nyaraló bérleti díja éjszakánként, amit önállóan használhatnak, ellátás nélkül.

A bérleti díjon kívül fizetendő az Idegen Forgalmi Adó” IFA” 18. év minden megkezdett éjszaka után: 590Ft/fő/éj.

A Vendég a szálláshelyen okozott kárt köteles megtéríteni. Ezért a szállás elfoglalásakor letéti díj/kaució fizetendő a tulajdonosnak, 300€

vagy 100 000Ft készpénzben (in cash). Amennyiben károkozás nem történt a kaució teljes egészében visszatérítendő a Vendégnek távozáskor. Károkozás esetén a Vendég a tulajdonossal vagy annak képviselőjével egyezik meg a kár összegéről. Ha a letéti díj nincs megfizetve, az ingatlan átadása megtagadható.

Levendula Nyaraló is a demanding holiday home near the beach in Csopak, which is one of the most beautiful settlements on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, with a beautiful village picture, vineyards, a source of sour water and a very popular flowery, child-friendly beach. One of the most beautiful and popular beaches on Lake Balaton. The 530 m long sandy, safe, designated water surface on Csopak beach welcomes those wishing to swim. The beach has 15,000 m2 of green space, well-equipped playgrounds for children, as well as a beach volleyball court and other sports facilities.

All this is a few minutes walk from the holiday home, as it is located near the shore of Lake Balaton, a few meters from the beach entrance, yet in a pleasant and quiet street. Complete relaxation for all members of the family.

The holiday home is named after a plant typical of Csopak.

 Exquisitely furnished and mechanized so that nothing is missing from the usual at home and you don’t have to pack everything. We have tried to ensure the comfort of all guests who come here. It is an air-conditioned and heated holiday home, so we look forward to hearing from you all year round, as Lake Balaton is also wonderful and relaxing. In spring and autumn you can go hiking, cycling, hiking and fishing.

 The sights of the village are the Watermill, the tower of the medieval church of St. Stephen, the so-called Truncated tower, the Eőry mansion, the Ranolder castle, the ruins of the church of St. Nicholas in Kövesd, the Reformed church. Its natural value is the source of "sour water" near the shore of Lake Balaton, the carbonated mineral water that the visitor can drink from the spring of St. Joseph.

 As Balatonfüred and Veszprém are very close, it can be reached by car from Csopak in minutes. So you don't have to miss out on the programs there either. In case of cooler weather, the popular destinations are the Aquapark in Füred, the Jókai lookout tower, the Lóczy cave and the Koloska valley. In the area you will find the Nagyvázsonyi Castle and Post Office, the Herend Porcelain Museum, the Zirc Arboretum, the Veszprém Castle and the Fire Tower and the Zoo. In Balatonfűzfő there are 2 Bob tracks and an adventure park, Tapolca spring cave and much more. In the evening, there are several catering units available to guests.

The cottage has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms, which can accommodate 6 people and is comfortable.

Terrace with garden furniture and bioclimatic pergola, kitchen equipped with cooking, dining area, induction hob and electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer. Washer and dryer, iron and hair dryer are available. Flat screen TV and WIFI. The house is equipped with an alarm and an automatic gate.

Minimum stay: 3 nights, from January to May. That's why we look forward to seeing you on long weekends.

In the holiday home we also provide bed linen, kitchen towels, towels and toilet paper.

That is why we recommend it to families and couples who do not want to socialize with strangers, they just want to use the holiday home themselves, regardless of everything and everyone. The house can be used by guests on their own. Parking in front of the house and a small car park in the yard are free.

The Guest is obliged to compensate the damage caused at the accommodation. Therefore, a deposit / deposit of € 300 or HUF 100,000 in cash must be paid to the owner upon booking the accommodation. If no damage has occurred and the accommodation policy has been followed during the booking period, the deposit will be refunded in full to the Guest upon departure.

In the event of damage, the Guest shall agree with the owner or his representative on the amount of the damage. If the deposit is not paid, the transfer of the property may be refused.

Smoking is FORBIDDEN in the house, smoking is allowed only outside the house and on the terrace. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Cleaning of kitchen furniture, appliances, machines, utensils and cutlery is the responsibility of the tenant, the accommodation must be left on departure to reflect the condition of the handover.

We cannot accept pets.

We cannot provide reservations for parties and events. Partying and loud families, we can't accept. Make your reservation with this in mind, as the property is in a resort and residential area.

Rent, the rent for the entire holiday home, ranging from one person to the maximum occupancy, is for six people for the duration of the booking, which can be used independently, without board.

In addition to the rent, the tourist tax  “IFA” over the age of 18 must be paid for every night started: HUF 590/ person / night.

It can be reached: from 71, 73, from the M7 motorway at the Balatonvilágos junction on the main road 71, and from the main road 8 at Veszprém on the main road 73. Csopak is located at the mouth of the picturesque Nosztori Valley, which connects Veszprém with Lake Balaton.
